Meet Your Trainer, Sheybie
In 2018, I joined an MLM for one reason: I loved the products. I wasn't looking for a side hustle. I was a well-paid nurse. I just started going live to talk about what I loved.
Then someone told me I should be ashamed of myself for teaching women how to wear makeup when I didn't even know how to do it properly. And here's the thing about me: when someone criticizes me, I don't automatically assume they're wrong. I looked in the mirror and said - you know what, they're right.
So I started taking classes. Not to become a professional. Because I loved makeup and I wanted to get better. I studied with artists from Brazil, Dubai, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Mexico, the USA, and Canada.
In 2021, I launched Flawless Created By Sheybie with a simple mission: to help women build confidence through colorful beauty - and step outside of their comfort zones.
Today, I teach glamorous and colorful makeup artistry through my group program, private coaching, and membership community. I also host the podcast Called to More (Appelée à Plus), where I speak about spirituality, purpose, and becoming the person you were created to be.
Everything I build is rooted in one conviction: when a woman feels confident in who she is, there is no limit to what she can accomplish.

I have hooded eyes, mature skin, or a deeper skin tone. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. I do not teach rules based on age, eye shape, or skin tone. I teach principles and techniques that can be adapted to each individual face. My goal is to help you achieve the look you want in a way that works beautifully for your specific features.
